Highly recommend! Asha is hands down one of the best trainers I have worked with. She has worked with me through injury and helped me regain my strength, flexibility and mobility. Asha's holistic approach to wellbeing and nutrition has given me a whole new perspective towards my health.

I signed up for a gym membership through Anytime fitness Rockingham and I have to say the sign up was quick and easy, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I am not a very confident person when it comes to the gym but the staff members make you feel right at home and are always happy to assist you with the goals you want to achieve. I also had a PT session with Jason and he was very informative and taught me a lot of new things that I didn’t know about my own body as well as different ways to train my muscles and while doing this he made sure the workout was of my level and not too extreme which made my first visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness if you want to work out in a comfortable and friendly environment.

I started training with Robby about 3 months ago, when recovering from knee surgery. Robby gave me great advice about diet that I could stick to gradually, so that my body could slowly adjust. I am now losing weight, my clothes are looser and I am stronger. Robby works with my occasional knee pain and adjusts my exercise to suit me! Couldn’t recommend Robby and Liam more, they are both passionate about exercise and helping people achieve their goals!

I started working with Asha mid 2020 with nutrition advice and then February 2021 for work outs and nutrition advice. I have never met anyone in the well-being industry with such drive, professionalism and knowledge. Asha is very intuitive and recognises and know what you need at specific times and she delivers it brilliantly. I have been up and down with moods and tired from working very difficult hours and always know Asha will come through and sort me out. Very holistic, very warm, very intentionally awesome and pushy in a good way! Love her and recommend her wholly. Thank you lovely.

Tina was very nice and the procedure was quick and not that painful. I got good results after a few weeks. Will definitely come back.

Where do I even start, over my year of training with him I realised that Robby is such a nice guy always down for a laugh and he just brightens up your day but he is also very good at giving u results to your goals in the gym, he is very accepting with age groups I started at 14 and he just treated me like he’d treat everyone else, I love ya Robby keep up the great work

Purchased a Groupon and attempted to make a booking via text (as per the advertised Groupon), sent three messages and received no response. Shame, I was really looking forward to try this place out, especially given there’s so many 5 star reviews… Lucky I purchased through PayPal!

Robby has been a great PT for 12 years and he such a nice trainer and always get your results and helps you achieve your goals. I highly recommend him.
